The parties met on February 15th to 17th to continue negotiations to renew the collective agreement. We are working to secure fair wages for all of our members. This includes maintaining pay relativity with Shared Services Canada for CS members remaining at CRA. The parties remain far apart on key issues including fair pay for professionals, but continue to work on reaching an agreement. We will return to bargaining on February 22nd to 24th. CRA needs to understand that what's at stake is our morale, productivity and avoiding another long drawn out round of bargaining.
