AFS Bargaining Update #1

The AFS Bargaining Team met with CRA for collective agreement negotiations October 25, 26 and 27, 2011. Initial discussions have been positive but pay and other major issues have not been addressed. The next round of bargaining with the employer is scheduled for December 6, 7 and 8, 2011. The AFS Bargaining Team thanks all members who organized and participated in rallies in support of bargaining across the country. Your support means a great deal to your bargaining team and sends a strong message to the employer that you expect a fair settlement."
