CFIA S&A Group bargaining update #10:
PIPSC has applied for arbitration on August 7, 2013 in order to settle the collective agreement. Following our application, the employer will have, according to legislation, a specified number of days to provide their outstanding issues; PIPSC will then have a limited time to reply. Next step will be for the parties will choose their nominee on the arbitration board.
