- On April 25th, 2012 the VM bargaining team met with the employer. The Institute stated that considering the employers potential economic offer of 1.75%, 1.5% and 2% and the reduction of severance benefits, it saw no advantage that such a proposal would represent in relation to the 20% to 25% of the members receiving affected letters.
