- HRSDC has informed the Institute that it will not be issuing T-4s, and will not be withholding taxes from payments made to Complainants and non-Complainant victims, for payments pursuant to Articles 2.2 (“Supplementary Amount”, 5.1 ($20,000 lump sum), 5.2 ($40,000 lump sum), and 6.1 (“Pain and Suffering”).

- As of late December 2012, HRSDC was in the process of mailing payments to the Complainants who have confirmed their dates of work for settlement monies under Articles 5.1 ($20,000 lump sum), 5.2 ($40,000 lump sum), and 6.1 (“Pain and Suffering”).
