Model Constitutions for Groups, Sub-Groups, Branches and Retired Members Guild Chapters

Please find attached are the Model Constitutions for Groups, Sub-Groups and Branches, approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting of March 28, 2009. These models will assist in the streamlining of the process of amending existing constitutions and creating ones for new constituent bodies.

Once the BLPC has reviewed and approved the proposal, it will then be sent to the Board of Directors for approval.

The BLPC representatives from each Region remain the initial contact point for constituent bodies when amending existing constitutions or for new constituent bodies requesting assistance in developing their initial constitution. Having the representative as the first point of contact will speed up the process.

Also attached is the list of the BLPC members and their respective areas of responsibilities.
