With a strong majority, close to 100 members of the New Brunswick Crown Counsel Association (NBCCA) and New Brunswick Crown Prosecutors Association (NBCPA) have joined the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC), a national union.

Some 350 Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) employees represented by the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) received Workforce Adjustment (WFA) notices today across the country, bringing to nearly 6,000 the number of PIPSC members who have been informed by the government that their services may no longer be required since the tabling of the 2012 federal Budget.
