An agreement was reached on March 18 and ratified on March 20, 2009. Salary increases: 2.5% effective April 1, 2008; 3.2% on April 1, 2009; and 4.5% on April 1, 2010. Other highlights included improvements to vacation, sick leave, bereavement leave, and career development leave.

Deer Lodge Centre - Nursing (DLC-NU)
Expiry Date: September 30, 2009

Salaries increased an additional 5% effective October 1, 2008 as a result of a Memorandum of Understanding to maintain fourth place salary position amongst Canadian provinces. The collective agreement was amended to include the position of Registered Nurse Extended Practice.
