  • As Atlantic Director for the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC), representing more than 4,400 Public Service professionals in the Atlantic Region, I wish to inform you that the Institute was shocked to hear recent media reports that the Just Us Café in Halifax has terminated two employees for attempting to organize a union.
